  • 03Set building positions
  • 04Align space requirements

Scope overview

Planning starts by reading the site boundaries, access, contours, and building orientation. From there, a layout separates the building footprint, vehicle circulation, and open space.

The result becomes the basis for working drawings: building position, access width, and the relationship between areas. If the site already has buildings, the layout is adjusted to existing conditions.
